Mr. Graci is a partner with the firm with over twenty-five years of public accounting experience. Mr. Graci, along with firm partner William Kaufman, is in charge of the firm's quality control and helps ensure that all attest functions are performed in accordance with the highest professional standards. Mr. Graci also developed the firm's Continuing Professional Education (CPE) program, which helps provide quality continuing education to all professional members of the firm.

Mr. Graci's diverse client base includes companies operating in publishing, film production and health care. He has worked extensively in those areas and is well versed in the tax and financial issues unique to those industries.

Mr. Graci is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He has proudly served on the Board of Directors for a not for profit children's AIDS foundation.

Mr. Graci holds a B.B.A. degree from Hofstra University.
