GCK was formed in 1977 when two long-time friends and professional colleagues, Anthony Caporrino and Arnold Grodsky, combined their twenty years of public accounting experience and formed GCK. Tragically, Arnold Grodsky passed away unexpectedly in 1983. In his memory, a conscious decision was made to always keep Grodsky an integral part of the firm name, which is indicative of what is highly regarded as meaningful at GCK, respect.
